Texas Labrador Retriever Rescue
Mission:
Texas Labrador Retriever Rescue Club is a non-profit
organization whose mission is to decrease the overpopulation,
abuse, and euthanasia of Labrador Retrievers in Texas and
place rescued animals into responsible, loving homes.
Who we are:
TLRR is operated solely by volunteers. We work to rehome
abused, abandoned, and unwanted purebred Labrador
Retrievers into responsible and loving homes. We are located in

Areas of need:
Our Dogs:
The dogs we have in our program typically range from 1-4 years
in age. Occasionally we do have puppies. Dogs enter rescue
through a number of sources: - Strays picked up by a good
samaritan - Stray picked up by local animal control and
never reclaimed - Owner surrenders, where the
circumstances at a home have changed to where it is not in the
best interest of the dog to remain in the environmentOur dogs
are placed into experienced foster care homes where they can
be evaluated and observed by the foster parent(s). All of our
dogs are spay/neutered, on heartworm preventative, parasite
free, and current on rabies vaccination.
Our adoption fee of $250.00 ($350.00 for puppies under 4
months of age) often covers only a fraction of the expense we
incur in order to get the dogs healthy.

We are looking for a few good foster homes.
